The Role
We're looking for a Founder’s Right Hand / Business Operations & Strategy Lead to help transform a founder-led business into a scalable operating company.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, growth, product development and team leadership.
You will work directly with the founder, helping translate ideas into priorities, priorities into projects, and projects into measurable business outcomes.
This is not an executive assistant role.
