Job Description: The Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Duties may include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling scaffolding or other pieces of equipment, and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. The Laborer performs physical labor throughout the building process. What You Will Do: Responsible for the cleaning and preparing construction sites. Loads and unloads materials and equipment. Builds and takes down scaffolding and temporary structures. Digs trenches, compacts earth and backfills holes. Operates and tends machinery and heavy equipment. Follows instructions from supervisors and implements construction plans. Assists skilled tradespeople in their duties.…
