Job Description: Position Summary The Resident Care Specialist is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility HVAC equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This role supports the broader portfolio and requires the flexibility to travel between sites as needed to support strategic and operational priorities.
