About this role

Job Title: Marketing Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead patient acquisition and retention initiatives at a fast-growing dermatology group with de novo expansion of 5-7 new practice launches per year. This individual will partner closely with the VP of Marketing to develop practice-level strategies that build awareness in each territory, drive patient volume, optimize marketing spend, and support scalable growth. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
