About this role

As a global market maker, Optiver trades hundreds of thousands of financial instruments on exchanges around the world. By continuously providing quotes – both bids to buy and offers to sell – we play a vital role in the healthy functioning of markets. We are looking for a Senior Horizon Engineer to improve and evolve our global, large-scale Omnissa Horizon environment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with strong emphasis on platform automation, repeatability, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible not only for keeping the platform stable, but for improving how it is operated over time through automation, standardization, and evidence-based optimization.
