About this role
The Custodian / Groundskeeper performs housekeeping, janitorial, and basic maintenance tasks across the distribution center (DC) to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role supports both interior cleaning and exterior grounds upkeep while assisting with general maintenance activities to ensure operations run efficiently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Perform housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the DC. Empty trash and cardboard containers and sweep floor areas to maintain cleanliness. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and cardboard balers. Maintain janitorial stations and ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and organized.
