Job Description Manutenção Civil e Estrutural • Executar serviços de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em edificações. • Realizar reparos em alvenaria, pisos, revestimentos, paredes, forros, lajes e telhados. • Atuar em serviços de pintura, impermeabilização e acabamento. • Executar manutenção de calçadas, escadas, plataformas e estruturas de apoio. Sistemas Hidráulicos e Sanitários • Realizar manutenção em redes de água potável, efluente sanitário, drenagem pluvial, efluente industrial etc. • Executar reparos e substituições em tubulações, louças sanitárias, metais hidráulicos, torneiras, lavatórios e demais componentes hidráulicos.…
