About this role

Job Description Organon is hiring a SHE Specialist with an Occupational Hygiene focus. to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in conjunction with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Occupational Health and HR to identify, assess and evaluate solutions to control workplace health hazards and manage associated risk to health. This covers chemical, physical and biological agents and forms a pivotal role in helping the organisation understand health hazards and how they affect the health of workers. The role is responsible for supporting the site’s Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) programmes, with a significant focus on Occupational Hygiene.…
