Job Description 工作职责 数据洞察与业务计划: 定期开展市场数据分析,识别增长来源与潜在机会;围绕品牌生意目标,制定系统性业务规划; 项目D(季度机会品)设计: 推动跨部门项目共识,明确项目背景、执行逻辑与关键指标; 销售赋能与复盘优化 :拆解项目目标,提供可执行方案,建立标准化复盘机制,通过数据分析与前线沟通,持续优化执行 品类运营: PRF(需求预测与供应链协同),IQV管理,退货管理,配额管理 教育背景 : •学士及以上 工作经验及技能 : 资历背景: -本科以上学历 -至少7年以上渠道营销相关工作经验 -OTC、大健康、快速消费品、跨国医药公司相关治疗领域背景优先 专业经验 -熟悉零售渠道特点,了解行业趋势与动态,具备良好的商业敏感度及渠道营销触觉 -人际沟通与观察能力强,能够保持与区域销售的紧密沟通,在相关工具与活动设计中较好的针对相关需求 -能够运用结构性闭环思维,对待各工作有完整的闭环意识,通过框架性的分析方式对执行工作进行复盘和迭代设计 -交付管理经验丰富,能够持续平衡内部多方输入,有条不紊地推进活动的产出和质量保证 Secondary Job Description Who We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
