Job Description Responsibilities The SBE will be a key member of the Leadership Team and serves as the strategic partner to the Country Lead helping shape business direction and ensuring disciplined execution against strategic priorities. The SBE will take a holistic view of the enterprise, going beyond collaboration to integration, as an anchor point to drive key strategic decisions. Leading a culture of strategic prioritization and data driven decision making will be critical for success, as will a focus on business development opportunities and alliance optimization to ensure Organon is future fit for sustainable and profitable growth.
