About this role

The Associate, Sales & Services (Branches), provides an excellent customer service experience while identifying client financial needs in order to present alternatives. Finds integrated and alternative solutions while cross-selling bank products such as loans, accounts, investment, mortgage, commercial, among others. Assists clients with questions and requests targeted to financial services. Continuously focused on developing new business relationships, while retaining and expanding existing relationships with new and existing customers.
