Purpose and Job Summary Lument is currently seeking to hire Analysts for its Associate Development Program (“ADP”) at its Columbus, Ohio and New York City offices. The Associate Development Program (ADP) is a best-in-class program that develops entry-level analyst and associate talent. Participants in the ADP will undergo a comprehensive internal training program in commercial real estate, credit analysis, and Lument products, with exposure to the multifamily, affordable, and seniors housing sectors. The diverse deal exposure provides an opportunity for participants to explore career paths over a 12-month period that best suits their strengths and interests before making a permanent career decision.…
