Purpose and Job Summary: The Equity Underwriting Analyst will support Originators and Equity Underwriters throughout the acquisition and closing processes with developers and investors in affordable housing LIHTC investment deals. The Analyst will provide support during the acquisitions and investor placement process, modeling, analysis and due diligence, and closing activities. Analysts will learn the equity underwriting lifecycle, processes, requirements, and help the team maintain high standards of deal quality, integrity, and structure. The Analyst will perform work that enables Equity Underwriters to maintain and enhance relationships with developers, investors, and investor advisors through timely, accurate, and thorough work product.…
