Wesentliche Aufgabe Deiner Rolle ist es, unsere Auszubildenden über die komplette Ausbildungszeit vom Recruiting bis hin zur erfolgreichen Abschlussprüfung zu begleiten. Gemeinsam mit einem überregionalen Team stellst Du darüber hinaus die Einheitlichkeit der internen Prozesse im Bereich der Ausbildung sicher und hilfst mit, diese fortlaufend weiterzuentwickeln. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ausbildern, Trainern, Berufsschulen und externen Partnern leistest Du so einen zentralen Beitrag zur Entwicklung unserer zukünftigen Fachkräfte.…
