Overview To lead all phases of building maintenance, grounds keeping, maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles and equipment. Assumes service-oriented attitude to gain a sense of pride and accomplishment. Accepts the team approach with dedication and commitment towards all work performed. All work is to be of a high quality and performed honestly and timely. As a member of Otterbein’s leadership team, it is expected that the Director of Maintenance Services will work with other leadership team members to provide a safe and enjoyable living and working environment for our residents and partners.
