Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact the quality of service we deliver. Key responsibilities include: Answer incoming calls, transfer to appropriate staff, and take clear messages, ensuring timely follow-up. Email customers proof of delivery (POD) and confirm receipt. Verify delivery documents are accurate and properly attached. Prepare and update spreadsheets for scheduled deliveries.
