SUMMARY: The Occupational Therapist plans, organizes and conducts a variety of medically necessary sensorimotor, educational, recreational, social, and treatment modality activities designed to help participants regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to their disabilities. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Works with other inter-disciplinary team members to coordinate rehabilitative services for PACE participants. Devises a treatment program in accordance with the objectives of the plan of care after evaluating the participant. Teaches participant skills and techniques required for participation in treatment and program activities. Documents all care given to participants and submits to medical records in a timely manner.…
