General Purpose General Purpose: The Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) works under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) or Rehab Coordinator (RC) to support the clinical and operational functions of the rehabilitation department in an assigned facility. Essential Duties Support the DOR/RC in supporting therapy personnel, including licensed therapists, assistants, aides, and students. • Assist with daily staff scheduling and caseload management to meet facility needs. • Provide direct patient care and participate in caseload activities only as allowed under the individuals’ professional license and the specific State Practice Act. Collaborate with the DOR/RC to balance administrative duties with any clinical responsibilities permitted by state regulations.…
