General Purpose Regional Director of Therapy Services -PACS is responsible for the oversight of multi ple facility rehabilitation programs , both in-house and contract therapy providers , and mentoring of Director s of Rehabilitation. This includes but is not limited to training new Directors of Rehabilitation, providing recommendations to rehab programs on efficiencies , and operations monitoring to ensure adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices and Policies and Procedures as well as Medicare guidelines and State Practice Acts . The role does not include providing direct patient care or documentation in patient EMR except during emergent situation and with approval of PACS leadership .…
