Admissions Nurse – LVN | Weekends Only Willow Creek Health Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Admissions Nurse to join our team on a weekends-only schedule . The Admissions Nurse plays an important role in welcoming new residents to our facility and ensuring a smooth transition into skilled nursing care. This position works closely with nursing leadership, admissions, physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure each new admission is completed accurately, efficiently, and with excellent customer service. Compensation Pay Range: $28.00–$30.00+ per hour, based on experience Schedule Part-Time – Weekends Only Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete nursing assessments for newly admitted residents.…
