About this role
Plan, organize, and direct quality assurance programs and activities. Develop, implement and coordinate QA and assessment programs to enhance resident care. Attends any required facility specific meetings/committees which support the facility QAPI program. Monitors trends and prepares quality reports for the QAPI committee. Develops processes in conjunction with the QAPI Committee to assess systems of care including clinical care, quality of life, and resident choice. Identifies need for education based on findings and trends. Elicits data from facility identified systems to monitor care and services with findings compared to benchmarks and targets the faculty has established for performance.…
