Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Pacific Coast Post Acute Full-Time | $26.00–$27.00 per Hour Position Summary Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Services team and ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, and enjoyable meals. The CDM is responsible for supervising dietary staff, overseeing food service operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting resident-centered nutritional care in a skilled nursing setting.
