About this role
The Health and Wellness Director (HWD) is an LPN who oversees and supervises the care of 64 residents at Aspen Hills Senior Living. A successful candidate will be an LPN with excellent managerial skills who can provide coaching, accountability and skills development for those on the clinical care team. Case management will be a key focus of the Health and Wellness Director as they coordinate between their staff, the residents' primary care physicians and other medical professionals.
