Newport Beach Memory Care in Newport Beach, California, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and overall facility upkeep for our 26-apartment Memory Care community. With our building being only 10 years old, you’ll enjoy a well-maintained foundation while still having the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day maintenance needs. An outstanding opportunity for a skilled maintenance technician to take on a director level position as they lead the maintenance duties of this memory care community. This role combines leadership with hands-on work to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff!
