General Purpose Under the direction of the facility Licensed Administrator, the Operations Assistant (sometimes also referred to as Assistant Administrators or others holding similar titles) assists in directing the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. The Operations Assistant assists facility leadership in providing the highest practical care to facility patients and assists in managing the facility in a fiscally responsible, and compliant manner.
