About this role
Purpose and Scope: Supervises and operates heavy equipment such as cranes, clamshells, power shovels, motor graders, heavy loaders, carryalls, bulldozers, rollers, scrapers, and large industrial tractors with pan or scrapper attachments. Supervises other Heavy Equipment Operators in the performance, repairs, and operation of heavy equipment. Essential Responsibilities: The Heavy Equipment Operator Lead supports supervisor with the mission, workload management and provide leadership to 20 employees. Operates equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize risk of injury, property damage, or loss of life; equipment may include, but is not limited to, Fork-lift 10k or higher, RTCH (Kalmar) 50k, and various types of military equipment.…
