Purpose and Impact: The HR Generalist provides comprehensive, dual- jurisdiction operational and administrative support across the VESTA and OASIS programs. This role acts as a critical link between program management and corporate HR, balancing daily administrative execution with the resolution of complex employee relations, compliance, and policy challenges. The successful candidate ensures strict adherence to Australian Fair Work legislation, US federal/state labor laws, and strict defense security compliance standards.
