Laborer, Grounds Maint

Amentum is seeking a Laborer, Grounds Maintenance for Creech Air Force Base. Purpose and Scope: Provide grounds maintenance services for the industrial, man camp, and remote radar sites. Duties include grass cutting of the athletic fields, watering, trimming, edging, weed pulling, trash pick-up at the landfill, and minor repairs to structures and equipment. May spray lawns shrubs and trees with fertilizer. Will be involved with the herbicide program for the abatement of weeds. During the late fall and early winter months will be involved with the clean-up and clearing the fence lines of tumble weed to establish fire breaks and clear zones. Removes snow from walks, driveways, roads, or parking lots, using shovels and snow blowers. Spreads salt on walkways and other areas.…
