About this role

Job Duties: Under close supervision, and following well defined standard operating procedures and guidelines, performs the following duties" Aids multiple Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSA). Examining, preparing and processing a variety of legal documents, e.g., orders, arrest warrants, criminal cover sheets, and subpoenas. Compile documents in preparation for hearings and trial. Create case fact timelines. Open, manage, and close cases through various government computer systems. Maintaining calendar of assigned active cases. File documents with the court using online ECF filing systems. Interact with the victim assistance specialist unit regarding case management. Interact with opposing counsel, case agents, and other federal agencies.…
