About this role
Amentum is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist for Las Vegas, NV. Purpose and Scope: Develops, coordinates and implements Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health (ESOH) Programs. Ensures compliance with all OSHA and related compliance activities, identifies and manages risk, establishes and implements ESOH training/education programs, responsible for incident reporting and investigations, conducting inspections and assessments, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and record keeping. Essential Responsibilities: Develop plans, procedures, and policies to continuously improve the program. Perform cause analysis and provides guidance toward appropriate corrective actions.
