Sr Building Operation Specialist

JOB FUNCTION: Assists the Service Center Supervisor in leading and directing the Building Operations Center (BOC) employees. As the BOC Lead, the Sr. Building Operations Specialist ensures proper monitoring, reporting, and communication of activities on all building monitoring systems, facilities incidents, and events, as well as receipt and processing of service and work order requests. Also track ongoing training while maintaining operations procedures and documentation. Eight-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday. WORK SHIFT: Rotational shifts.
