About this role

Amentum is seeking a Operations & Maintenance Electronics or SONAR Technician to work aboard government operated Surveillance Towed Array Sensory System (SURTASS) asset operating at sea. Technicians will be on a 6 month on and 6 month off rotating mission. As a member of the SURTASS Operation Center (SOC) and the SURTASS team, you will be responsible for the following: Perform operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on all SURTASS mission equipment in accordance with Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and other reference documents in support of fleet requirements.
