Work Order Scheduler

Responsible for generating enterprise-wide planned and unplanned work orders and related data . Updates and accurately maintains the Enterprise maintenance software database MAXIMO particularly Assets and Work Order-related applications, i.e., job plans and preventive maintenance , assets, work order accuracy, etc. Position Responsibilities: Generates and monitors all work orders . May create/update work-related documentation/SOPs. Ensures accurate and consistent data is entered within the computerized maintenance management software (MAXIMO ) . Creates and u pdates all preventative maintenance and job plan data . P reventative Maintenance (PMs) to include H azardous Equipment, De-Winterizing and Winterizing PMS, as required .
