Job description: Our client, a well-established manufacturer operating in a regulated environment, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join their operations team. This is a key role within the business, acting as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring orders are managed efficiently and delivered on time and in full (OTIF). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and develop the role, driving improvements in customer satisfaction, communication, and operational efficiency.
