Job Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of maintenance operations including optimizing the storage and cost management of spare parts management, team member safety, superior customer service to your internal customers, downtime reduction planning and team member and Shift Manager personal development by directing the performance review process twice per year.
