Job Description: Overview The A ssociate Vice President must be capable of overseeing project teams managing the planning, evaluation, design, construction, and rehabilitation of water and wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructure, including water supply systems, surface water and groundwater treatment plants, pump stations, and raw and potable water conveyance systems.
