Job Description: Overview: This position provides expert technical and office support for survey projects, serving as a trusted advisor within the survey team. Responsibilities: Manage complex survey tasks and provide expert-level guidance to all levels of Survey Technicians. Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, exhibits, legal descriptions, and advanced calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Perform quality control reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Lead deed research efforts and abstract complex data for legal and survey purposes. Act as a liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain sophisticated databases of survey data for long-term project use.…
