Purpose of the Role The Legal Intern supports the Legal Function of PASHA Financial Holding in day-to-day legal, corporate governance, and administrative matters. The intern assists with reviewing and organising legal documents, preparing draft letters, resolutions, internal notes, and legal memoranda, maintaining legal registers and archives, and supporting contract review processes. The role also includes assisting with corporate documentation related to PASHA Financial Holding and its subsidiaries, coordinating with internal teams on legal requests, conducting basic legal research, and supporting the Legal Function in ensuring proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with internal procedures.…
