業務について
組織・チーム紹介 / Organization & Team Introduction
PayPayの革新的な決済体験とクレジットカードを掛け合わせ、「これまでにない新しいカード体験」を創造するために、当組織ではプロダクトおよびサービスサイトに関わるすべてのデザイン業務を担っています。
プロダクト企画、エンジニア、デザイナーが三位一体かつフラットな関係性で連携し、ユーザー視点を起点としたサービス開発を推進。多国籍・多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが在籍しており、専門性を尊重し合いながら、ユーザーファーストなデザインを徹底的に追求しています。
UI/UXの観点からプロダクトの価値を最大化し、日々変化するユーザーニーズに応える柔軟かつスピーディなデザインアプローチを実現する組織です。
