About this role

Join our Operations & Technology team as an Operations Analyst (15-month contract), where you’ll support the day-to-day rhythms of investment operations, help resolve system and data issues, and contribute to process improvements. You’ll work closely with experienced teammates in a collaborative environment as you build your technical and business skills. What You Will Do Operational Support & Daily Activities Be a first point of contact for day-to-day questions, triaging issues and escalating more complex items to senior team members. Help log, track, and triage JIRA tickets, gathering details and escalating as needed to support timely resolution. Support data quality work by following documented procedures, running basic checks, and helping maintain simple audit trails.…
