Acting as a control point across functions, this position helps maintain service continuity and client satisfaction through proactive issue management, system execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter shipment details, service instructions, and customer requirements into the Transportation Management System (TMS) or WorldTrak.
