ABOUT THE ROLE
The People Advisor will provide hands-on support, coaching and guidance on all people matters, to enhance our team member experience and drive positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate understands the value of strategic HR partnership and empowering our people leaders. This role will focus on driving consistency of process and approach across Europe and Australia. Reporting into the Senior People Business Partner, this person will work alongside highly collaborative Centers of Excellence teams.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Act as the primary support for people matters across the UK, Germany, Poland and Australia. Provide end-to-end management of those matters, ensuring adherence to company policy and relevant employment law.…
