About this role

2 nd and 3 rd Line IT Support My client is a well established IT solutions organisation based in Watford, Herts who are seeking an experience 2 nd and 3 rd Line Support Engineer to deal with customer issues.The role will include:- · To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles · Provide telephone, remote and email support · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and peripheral technical issues to customer's satisfaction via remote support · Monitor and proactively resolve issues with remote back-up systems · Visit customer sites when required · Supporting and mentoring colleagues with any technical limitations · Assist with support calls on the helpdesk It is essential you have good experience in:- · Microso…
