ROLE SUMMARY The U.S. Federal Policy Team is responsible for developing, shaping, and advancing public policies to support patients’ access to innovative medicines in the U.S. and other Pfizer business objectives. This Director role focuses on U.S. Federal policy, including issues such as affordability and access, drug pricing, coverage and reimbursement, and payment and delivery system reforms as they impact government healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid). Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing legislative and regulatory developments, translating these issues to key internal audiences, shaping Pfizer policy positions and strategies, and developing presentations and effective advocacy materials.…
