Overview
As a Junior Finance & Strategy Associate at Phia, you'll support the financial and operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer technology platform. Working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, you'll help maintain the systems, models, and processes that drive how the business tracks performance, communicates with investors, and makes decisions.
