Job Details The Director of Operations Primary Care & Ambulatory Physician Practices - JMG oversees the operational activities across multiple ambulatory practices within the Jefferson Medical Group (JMG). The director is simultaneously overseeing several projects, clinical initiatives, and supporting the fiscal year operating plan. The Director is an experienced operational leader who is responsible for leading and coordinating transformational local Jefferson strategies and initiatives aligned with enterprise and regional operational improvements. The Director assists the senior executives with the implementation and execution of the annual operating plan and budget while serving as both a resource and leader to achieve best practice results in key performance indicators.…
