Job Details The Advanced Clinician Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The Advanced Clinician Physical Therapist is an integral healthcare provider accountable for assisting the patient to progress to their highest level of physical, cognitive, linguistic, and swallowing function.
