About this role

Job Details *This is a MOBILE position. Employee starts from home and travels to patient homes/visit locations. *Service area is Philadelphia, the surrounding 4 counties, Southern NJ, Northern DE Schedule: 24 hours per 2 weeks -Primary shift 5p-8p (at least 2 shifts/week) -Every 6th weekend: Sat and Sun from 8a-4:30p On call shifts will be Fri, Sat, Sun from 6p-10p The RN Home Infusion is a licensed professional who plans for, coordinates, and provides individualized nursing care to patients and families in their homes. The provision of home infusion services reflects the mission, philosophy and values of the agency. This position reports directly to the Care Team Leader or Nurse Manager of the Department.…
