Nashville, Tennessee Job Description The Assistant General Counsel is a part of the Office of the General Counsel and a senior member of the Risk Management Department, providing support with ethical issues to more senior members of the Office of the General Counsel, Professional Responsibility Committee, and Firm Attorneys. They will serve as a subject matter expert in various areas of risk, including AI and Information Governance. They will be expert in the responsible and ethical use of AI in the legal context and the efficient and responsible management and use of information and firm knowledge. This position will also provide guidance and enforcement of compliance policies and issues arising from e-discovery, subpoenas, file transfers, and client file retention.…
