Candidate must be located in New York, have strong academic credentials and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, oral advocacy, research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidate must have meaningful experience litigating matters in New York State courts, including conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting court appearances, and must have a working knowledge of the New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR).…
